theme: In the future In Japan, like Gintama, there is a corrupt organization that want's to take over the government, the only one's defending are freedom fighters n liberals that the government thought are bad guys. The presence of a pirate group makes the plot more interesting, ok, the key of this play is the assasination of important figures of the corrupt organization, coz taking on an army is crazy n makes the RP hard to understand.
